Meanwhile, there are tens of thousands of college students and young adults who'd love to work at a summer camp — they just don't know where to look, or the application process is scattered across dozens of individual camp websites.
CampGig changes that. By bringing camps together on one platform, we create a recruiting presence that no single camp could build alone. Think of it like a co-op: camps share the platform, share the audience, and everyone benefits.
Who's Behind CampGig

Founder & Camp Director
CampGig was founded by Curtis McFall — not a tech guy first, but a summer camp owner and director who lived the staffing problem firsthand. After years of watching camps struggle independently to attract American staff, Curtis built CampGig as the platform he wished had existed.
The idea is simple: if camps pool their resources and recruiting efforts onto one shared platform, they can build a Google and social media presence big enough to reach the college students who'd be perfect for camp — but who'd never find a single camp's website on their own.
Since launching in 2017, CampGig has worked with hundreds of camps and thousands of staff members, connecting them through a platform designed by someone who actually runs a camp.

The “Common App” for Summer Camps
College students use the Common App to apply to multiple schools at once. CampGig brings that same idea to summer camps. Staff create one profile, and camps across the country can find them, review them, and hire them — all in one place.
For camps, it means access to a talent pool that no single camp could build alone. For staff, it means one application opens the door to hundreds of summer adventures.
